Private Wealth Management (PWM)secures, develops and manages relationships with high net worth individuals, their families, family offices and foundations. PWM assists clients with building and preserving their financial wealth by creating and implementing long-term asset allocation within the context of each client’s particular risk tolerance, and by providing access to innovative investment ideas and opportunities. PWM professionals develop customized investment strategies and offer a full array of wealth management products and services, including private banking and trust company services.

YOUR IMPACT

As the Vice President of PWM Sales Management in Continental Europe, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth, efficiency, and strategic direction of our sales organization within the region. This position focuses on sales enablement, advisor coaching, business development strategy, and the optimization of sales processes and technology (including CRM and AI-driven workflows). You will partner closely with PWM regional leadership,



Private Wealth Advisors (PWAs), and cross-divisional teams (including Asset Management, Investment Banking, and Technology) to accelerate client acquisition, enhance advisor productivity, and deliver an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Enablement
- Drive Growth Initiatives:Develop and execute strategic sales plans to accelerate asset gathering, client acquisition, and market share expansion across regional offices.
- CRM & Tool Optimization:Partner with Sales Enablement and Engineering teams to design, implement, and continuously improve CRM workflows, pipeline management tools, and AI-powered prospecting capabilities.
- Performance Analytics:Collaborate with quantitative strategists and data teams to analyze sales metrics, identify productivity gaps, and deliver actionable insights to sales leadership focused on Continental Europe.
