/p pWe are looking for an experienced Palantir Foundry AIP Engineer to join our team and work at the intersection of Data Engineering, Artificial Intelligence and business transformation.
/p pThis is not just a traditional Data Engineering role.
You will design and deliver AI-powered workflows, intelligent agents and applications leveraging the full Palantir Foundry ecosystem and Artificial Intelligence Platform (AIP).
/p h3What you'll do /h3 ul liDesign and build scalable data pipelines, transformations and applications within Palantir Foundry.
/li liDevelop and deploy AI-powered use cases, including copilots, retrieval workflows and decision-support agents.
/li liBuild intelligent workflows using RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), vector search, embeddings and Ontology content.
/li liApply Ontology-Augmented Generation (OAG) to support operational decision-making.
/li liCollaborate with stakeholders to translate complex business challenges into scalable technical solutions.
/li liWork alongside senior engineers on agent design, instructions, testing and evaluation using AIP native capabilities.
/li liDrive end-to-end delivery, from requirements gathering to production deployment.
/li liSupport business users in adopting Foundry and AIP solutions.
/li liEnsure high standards of data quality, governance and responsible AI.
/li /ul h3What we're looking for /h3 ul li8+ years of experience in IT and Data.
/li li5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or Data Platform Engineer.
/li li2+ years of hands-on experience with the Palantir Foundry ecosystem, including data integration, Ontology,



pipelines and applications.
/li li1+ year of practical experience with Palantir AIP, including AI-powered workflows, copilots, RAG or agent-based applications.
/li liStrong knowledge of Python, PySpark, SQL and Data Modelling.
/li liExperience connecting AI solutions with enterprise data sources, vector search and Ontology-based architectures.
/li liAbility to work independently and engage directly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
/li liStrong problem-solving skills and ownership mindset.
/li /ul h3Nice to have /h3 ul liFamiliarity with AIP Agent Studio, including agents, instructions, tools and testing.
/li liExperience with AIP Evals and evaluation-driven AI development.
/li liKnowledge of APIs, MCP and cloud integration patterns.
/li liBackground in Consulting, Applied AI or Machine Learning.
/li liPrevious experience working in Abu Dhabi or the wider MENA region.
