/liliManage the entire sales cycle, from qualification and proposal preparation to negotiation and contract finalization.
/liliFoster strong relationships with clients, agencies, and key stakeholders.
/liliWork closely with operations and other departments to ensure smooth execution and an exceptional guest experience.
/liliSupport pre-opening activities and contribute to establishing efficient sales processes and workflows.




/liliStay informed about market trends and competitor activities, providing regular insights and updates.
/liliAct as the main point of contact for all sales inquiries, showcasing independence and proactive leadership.
/li /ulpbr/ppstrongProfile Requirements /strong /pullistrongProven experience in hotel sales /strong, preferably within strongluxury hospitality /strong or related industries.
/liliExperience managing groups and/or MICE segments is highly desirable.

/liliFluency in strongItalian and English /strong.
/liliLocally based or willing to commute/relocate to the hotel area.
