Newport & Co in Verona is offering an M&A; Intern position on the Analyst Track for six months, full-time, paid, working directly with our Chief Investment Officer on acquiring corporate carve-outs across Europe.
You will participate in end-to-end M&A; from origination to due diligence and deal execution, build and stress-test financial models, support due diligence, and help prepare Investment Committee materials while gaining rapid responsibility in a hands-on environment.
