The role manages the btechnical delivery, commissioning, and operational support /b of utility-scale BESS projects.

Project Handover from Sales / Presales /h3ulliTake ownership of projects after bcommercial contract closure /b.
/liliReview project scope including: /liliSystem design /liliGrid requirements /liliPerformance guarantees /liliProject schedules /liliAlign with customers and internal teams on project execution strategy.

Project Execution Delivery /h3ulliManage the bfull lifecycle delivery of utility-scale BESS projects /b.
/liliCoordinate with EPC contractors, integrators, and equipment suppliers.
/liliTrack project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
/liliEnsure compliance with technical specifications, grid requirements, and safety standards.
/liliManage project risks and coordinate issue resolution.

Commissioning Grid Integration /h3ulliOversee commissioning of utility-scale BESS including:



/liliSystem energization /liliGrid compliance testing /liliPerformance testing /liliWork with grid operators and technical partners to complete system integration.
/liliEnsure successful handover to operations.

Operations Support Service Management /h3ulliCoordinate bpost-commissioning support and service activities /b.
/liliManage long-term service plans and preventive maintenance.
/liliMonitor system performance and coordinate troubleshooting if needed.
/liliInterface with OEM technical teams for system diagnostics.

Stakeholder Coordination /h3ulliAct as the primary technical contact between: /liliCustomers /liliEPC contractors /liliOEM suppliers /liliInternal teams /liliEnsure smooth communication and alignment across stakeholders.
/li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliDegree in bElectrical Engineering, Power Systems, Energy Engineering /b, or related field.
/lilib5–10 years experience /b in utility-scale renewable energy or power infrastructure projects.
/liliExperience with blarge-scale BESS, solar + storage, or grid infrastructure /b preferred.
