Achieve and exceed regional sales quota within the annual budget
Oversee the regional Sales Plan and budget usage
Propose actions to improve sales results
Lead and develop the sales team to meet objectives
Create accurate regional territory and customer analyses
Build productive relationships with customers and prospects




Coordinate regional sales meetings and major regional trade shows/clinical meetings
Travel with sales reps as needed
Recruit, train, and develop the sales team per policy
Manage key customers and maximize value of the customer base
Identify and onboard new significant customers
Ensure region operates efficiently within budget
Deliver effective presentations to diverse audiences
Requisiti fondamentali
Experience in multinational companies
University degree or education
Knowledge of English and IT tools
Excellent skills in managing sales representatives on an agency contract
