Within the Business Development & Product unit, the Sales Italy team is responsible for developing commercial activity across the Italian market, with a dedicated focus on institutional investors such as insurance companies, pension funds, asset management firms and private banks,
as well as wholesale and retail distribution channels.
The team promotes investment services and the Company’s proprietary products alongside selected third‑party solutions, while actively participating in official tenders to secure individual portfolio management mandates and to expand assets under management for both the Company’s funds and those managed by Group asset managers with established distribution agreements.
To ensure effective market coverage and operational efficiency, the structure includes resources specifically dedicated to key client segments, namely Financial Intermediaries, Institutional Clients and Group Networks Italy.
Reporting to the Head Financial Intermediaries and positioned within the Sales Italy team, the person will engage with Retail Distributors both Captive (insurance UL networks) and non-Captive in order to develop the commercial business plan.
