We are looking for a junior figure to join the Insurance Solutions team of Deloitte Technology & Transformation in the Milan office with a Hybrid work model.





The reference business deals with transforming and reviewing the operating models of the supported financial institutions, following needs that may arise from the reference business/customer's market context/adjustments dictated by regulations in the insurance sector.

Your Role

The Junior resource will be inserted into a work team, supporting senior colleagues and dealing with:
- Support C-level executives of the client company with your team in activities aimed at maximizing profitability, implementing new business models, defining technological innovation strategies for the creation of efficient and competitive operating models;
- Develop and manage strategic innovation and cost reduction and optimization strategies;
- Rationalize the corporate information assets;
- Merger and Post-merger Integration of financial institutions;
- Optimization of core processes in the insurance sector (Corporate Governance Transformation, Underwriting and Product Management, Distribution, Claims) also thro
