Your Tasks

Obsessed with skincare, trends, and understanding what makes consumers fall in love with a product? Join us and discover what happens behind the scenes of a leading skincare brand. As a Shopper & Customer Marketing Intern, you'll help transform consumer insights into impactful in-store experiences, support product launches, and work closely with teams shaping the future of skincare. What you'll do:

- Support the planning and execution of trade marketing activities, including promotions, and in-store campaigns
- Analyze monthly sales and product performance data
- Identify opportunities for growth and share recommendations with the team
- Track campaign effectiveness and help optimize future initiatives
- Partner with Marketing and Sales teams to ensure trade activities align with brand priorities and commercial objectives
- Contribute ideas and insights during cross-functional meetings
- Support the development of clear, visually appealing presentations and reports for internal stakeholders, clients, and business partners




- Monitor competitor activities, industry innovations, and consumer trends
- Share actionable insights to help keep our brands relevant and competitive
- Learn, grow, and develop: participate in training sessions and development opportunities to build expertise in trade marketing, retail activation, and commercial strategy

Your Profile

- University student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
- Passion for skincare, beauty and consumer trends
- Strong analytical skills with a results-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Previous internship or experience in Marketing, Trade Marketing, or Sales is a plus
