/ppbr/ppThe successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain exposure to a broad range of bdebt capital markets and structured finance transactions /b, working alongside senior lawyers on complex, cross-border matters.
/ppbr/ppbThe role / The Junior Associate will be involved in: /b /pulliDebt capital markets transactions, including bEMTN programmes and issuances /b, stand-alone bond transactions and retail offerings; /lilibTender and exchange offers /b relating to debt securities; /liliPreparation and review of regulatory and transactional documentation; /liliStructured finance transactions and related legal matters; /liliFinancial regulatory and compliance issues arising in connection with capital markets transactions; /li /ulpbr/ppbThe ideal candidate /b /ppbr/ppWe are looking for a bjunior Italian-qualified lawyer /b, ideally with b1–3 years' experience /b gained within a recognised Italian or international law firm,



with a genuine interest in bDebt Capital Markets, Banking Finance or Capital Markets /b.
/ppbr/ppbThe candidate should have: /b /ppbr/pulliExcellent academic credentials; /liliSome previous experience in debt capital markets, banking finance or related transactional work; /liliStrong drafting and analytical skills; /liliExcellent command of bItalian and English /b, both written and spoken; /liliA commercial approach and willingness to work on sophisticated, international transactions; /liliThe ability to work effectively in a demanding, collaborative and international environment.
