/pp We are looking for a strong hands-on Operations Manager /strong to take ownership of our Caserta operation and help us build it into a high-performing logistics hub.
/pp This is an opportunity for someone who already knows warehouse operations, has experience leading people, and is now ready for strong more ownership, more responsibility and the chance to build something from the ground up.
/strong /ppstrong This is not a desk-based management role.
/strong /pp You will lead the team, implement processes and manage performance — but you will also be part of the operation.
If orders need to be picked and packed before courier cutoff, you roll up your sleeves and help the team get them out.
br/p What you'll own ulli Lead the daily warehouse operation: inbound, storage, picking, packing, shipping, inventory and returns /lili Lead, motivate and develop the operations team /lili Build, implement and continuously improve operational processes and standards /lili Monitor productivity, accuracy, service levels and operational KPIs /lili Plan staffing and capacity to keep operations fast and efficient as volumes grow /lili Create a strong strong"no order left behind" /strong culture,



ensuring orders are fulfilled quickly and accurately /lili Work hands-on alongside the team whenever the operation requires it /lili Coordinate with couriers and transport partners, monitor their performance and push for solutions when issues arise /lili Report performance, challenges and improvement plans in strong English /strong to the European Operations Manager /lili Support the onboarding and successful operation of new 3PL clients /lili As the business grows, contribute to developing new fulfilment, 3PL and logistics opportunities br/li /ul Who we're looking for p You already have strong solid experience in logistics and warehouse operations /strong and have proven that you can lead people, organize work and make processes happen in the real world.
/pp You are comfortable with KPIs and systems, but you don't manage operations only through spreadsheets.
/pp You are someone who: /pulli Takes ownership and acts without waiting to be told what to do /lili Enjoys leading people and setting high operational standards /lili Is highly organized, consistent and attentive to detail /lili Has strong strong English /strong and is comfortable working in an international environment /lili Is practical,



energetic and willing to get your hands dirty /lili Remains calm and finds solutions when volumes increase or something goes wrong /lili Has an entrepreneurial mindset and wants to help grow a business, not simply maintain an operation /lili Is strong available to work during weekends when operations require it /strong /li /ulp Experience with strong courier/parcel operations /strong is a plus.
Experience with strong3PL customers, client relationships or business development /strong is even better.
