In this role you will manage a dedicated team. /p h3How can you support us? Here below your responsibilities: /h3 ul liEnsure execution of commissioning activities. Lead and coordinate pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, test run, operation, training, and handover activities in line with contractual requirements, safety, quality, budget, and schedule. /li liPrepare and manage commissioning plans and procedures. Develop, update, and control the commissioning execution plan, procedures, manuals, schedules, system breakdown, handover priorities, and related documentation. /li liReview engineering and project documentation. Verify that commissioning, operability, maintainability, start-up, and operation requirements are properly incorporated into engineering deliverables such as PIDs, 3D model, manuals, test run procedures, and technical documents. /li liCoordinate resources, vendors, subcontractors, and interfaces. Define personnel mobilization, temporary logistics, subcontractor scope of work, vendor/licensor involvement, spare parts, consumables, and interfaces with engineering, procurement, construction, HSE, and client teams. /li liEnsure HSE, quality, progress control, and handover readiness. Support HSE planning, participate in risk reviews where required, monitor KPIs and progress, ensure commissioning readiness,



and manage the orderly handover of systems to the Client/operator. /li /ul h3What are we looking for? /h3 ul liStrong commissioning and start-up experience /li liSolid technical and engineering background /li liPlanning, coordination, and execution control /li liLeadership and stakeholder management /li liStrong HSE, quality, and risk awareness /li /ul h3In one sentence: /h3 pwe need someone who can translate engineering into safe and efficient plant start-up, lead people and interfaces, anticipate issues, and ensure systems are delivered ready for operation according to project objectives. /p h3Education: /h3 pBachelor of Science Degree in an Engineering Discipline (Preferably Chemical or Mechanical) /p h3Experience: /h3 p15 years as a Commissioning, Operation and Maintenance Lead role within LGN PLANT industry /p h3Languages: /h3 pbEnglish (Advanced) French (nice to have) /b /p h3Technical/IT Skills /h3 ul liWork in Task Force coordinating with the project team, the different companies of the JVs and the Client. /li liEnsure the execution of the head office activities concerning Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, Start Up, Test Run, Training, Maintenance Engineering, Operation and handing over of the Plant to the Client according to contractual requirements and project objectives in terms of safety, quality, budget and schedule. /li liEnsure compliance of the Yard / Onshore Site activities for which is responsible with the established process and HSE requirements, while respecting the relative time and cost targets. /li liTechnical knowledge of LNG PLANT and Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, Start Up and Operation activities. /li liKnowledge of the CMS, Engineering Systems and Tools (HEXAGON, WINPCS, ICAPS, etc.). /li liKnowledge of PC, Windows,
