You will be the global point of reference for product industrialization: leading the journey from RD design to production line go-live, in close coordination with our plants in the EU, USA, and China. /p h3What you will do: /h3 ul libFrom Design to Production: /b Partner with RD applying Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA) methodologies and lead the New Product Introduction (NPI) process—from manufacturing feasibility analysis, PFMEA, and Control Plans, to pre-series and Start of Production. /li libLines Testing: /b Design production line layouts, assembly cycles, and Time Motion standards. Define technical specifications for test benches and automation systems (functional, leak, and pressure testing). /li libGlobal Network Suppliers:



/b Drive technology transfer and continuous improvement across our global manufacturing plants. Manage scouting and procurement for advanced equipment and suppliers (presses, laser welding, brazing, and testing systems). /li /ul h3Who we are looking for: /h3 ul libEducation: /b Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering (or equivalent experience). /li libExperience: /b Background as a Manufacturing, Process, or Industrialization Engineer within the mechanical, electromechanical, automotive, plant engineering, or precision assembly sectors. /li libKey Skills: /b Familiarity with core methodologies such as Lean, Time Motion, FMEA, and technical drawings (CAD/PLM).
