ph3Your contribution to Prysmian’s Success: /h3 pWe are looking for a Logistic Specialist to join an experienced and enthusiastic team, dedicated to find the most efficient solution for the distribution of our cables. /p pThe Logistic Specialist will report to the Logistics Leader of the BU Transmission and the role has the aim to prepare the package of the bids that the BU is participating, which involves the logistics costs and documentation related to the proposed solution, as well as to coordinate the execution of the projects in the portfolio. /p pThe Logistic Specialist will support the team for all bids and projects, and will interface with Sales and Bid Management teams, System Engineering, Purchasing, Planning and Installation teams, as well as with our stakeholders, in order to ensure preparation of the offers in due time or the subcontracting of a service. /p h3Your key duties and responsibilities: /h3 pWe are looking for a professional with experience in Logistics Projects, dedicated, passionate about making goods to be delivered with efficiency and perfection. /p pThe person in this role will be responsible for (not limited to): /p ul liSupporting the submission of Logistics package during the bidding phase, coordinating services from different contractors /li liSupporting the preparation of the Logistics costs related to the proposed solution at offer stage /li liSupporting the preparation of the Logistics Concepts and other documentation required by the tender /li liSupporting the preparation of risk assessment /li liAligning with engineering, installation and commercial team on specific project delivery requirements,
