Your goal is to /p pensure that every release meets Hekanize’s high standards, acting as a vital bridge between /p pcustomer needs and technical development. /p pThis role focuses on meticulous test execution, workflow optimization, and direct user support to /p pensure a seamless platform experience. /p h3Your Typical Day /h3 ul liQA Execution Manual Testing: Define acceptance criteria for new features and perform functional, regression, and integration testing on release candidates. /li liWorkflow Management: Manage and optimize the QA workflow within Jira to support a continuous and organized delivery process. /li liCustomer Support (L2): Analyze reports from the customer portal, identifying bugs or areas for improvement and translating them into technical specifications for developers. /li liCross-functional Alignment: Collaborate constantly with backend, frontend, and AI teams to ensure a shared understanding of quality requirements.
