ppWe are looking for highly qualified bSite Managers /b to oversee construction works and ensure compliance with bquality, safety, schedule, and cost requirements /b according to project documentation and Owner’s guidelines. /ph3Key Responsibilities: /h3ulliReview contractor-supplied QA/QC documentation and provide feedback for approval or rejection. /liliDevelop the bQuantitative Control Plan /b for the assigned discipline. /liliMaintain thorough knowledge and application of all project documents and updates. /liliReview contractors’ schedules and analyze human and material resource proposals. /liliMonitor project execution, identify critical issues, and make recommendations to the Construction Manager. /liliEnsure all work complies with approved contracts, safety, and environmental plans. /liliSupervise multiple contractors’ works and ensure all inspections and tests are performed according to the bQuality Assurance Plan /b. /liliValidate work stoppages, prepare reports, and update construction progress in the AURA system. /liliCoordinate with other Site Managers and collaborate with contract coordination. /liliSupervise electrical facilities (EF) including tests, OHL, UGL, HV, MV, LV DC, LV AC, communications, and protections. /liliControl As-Built documentation, manage cost deviation analysis, and supervise payments. /li /ulh3Minimum Requirements:



/h3ulliEngineering degree or higher qualification in the assigned discipline. /liliValid license to perform official work validation according to local construction law, if applicable. /liliFull and updated training in work instructions for the assigned discipline. /liliKnowledge of applicable legislation and codes. /liliMinimum 5 years of experience in the energy industry, with specific experience in work supervision. /liliClass B1 driving license and own 4x4 vehicle. /liliProficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and other relevant software. /liliComplete PPE adapted to the type of plant (e.g., harness for wind turbines). /liliPhysical ability to walk 1 km/day on rough terrain, lift up to 45 kg, and tolerate adverse weather conditions. /liliStrong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. /liliFluent in English and, if applicable, the local language of the project. /li /ulh3Preferred Requirements: /h3ulliExperience in wind farms, PV plants, and substations. /liliAdvanced knowledge of quality control, electrical inspections, and testing. /liliAbility to work independently and coordinate multidisciplinary teams. /li /ulpParticipation in large-scale projects in the energy sector. /ppCompetitive contract with daily rates and coverage of project-related expenses. /ppProfessional development opportunities and international team collaboration. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
