With a constant commitment to innovation and quality, we offer advanced solutions for industrial automation. /p pSalvagnini Italia is seeking a Customer Technical Trainer for its office in Sarego (VI). /p h3Main Responsibilities: /h3 ul liPerform technical and diagnostic analyses on systems at the customer's site. /li liProvide specialized support for resolving technical and process-related issues. /li liDevelop and conduct training sessions for the customer's technical staff, preparing documentation to support classroom activities and planning hands‑on exercises on the equipment /li liPrepare technical reports detailing the level of learning achieved, corrective actions, and proposals for improvementboth technical (equipment) and managerial (process). /li liMaintain a collaborative relationship with the customer to ensure the continuous improvement of production efficiency. /li liLiaise with the Technical Support, Sales, RD, Quality, Technical Documentation, and Operations teams. /li /ul h3Key Requirements: /h3 ul liHigh school diploma in a technical field, preferably in mechanics, mechatronics, electrical engineering, or equivalent. /li liA bachelor's or master's degree in a technical field is preferred. /li liAt least 3 years of experience in similar roles in technical assistance, service, or support for industrial systems. /li liGood knowledge of automated industrial systems and production processes. /li liAbility to troubleshoot, analyze faults, and solve technical problems. /li liSkills in preventive and corrective maintenance. /li liAbility to provide technical training and transfer operational skills to customers and end users.
