TRE P. ENG., part of the Koenig Group, specializes in the design, manufacturing and assembly of customized machinery and integrated solutions for industrial production lines.

To strengthen our Purchasing Department, we are looking for a Buyer (m/f/d) to join our team at our Verona site.

Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, you will work closely with Engineering and Production to ensure the timely procurement of materials, components and external services required for our projects.

THE ROLE

Key responsibilities

- Manage requests for quotation, evaluate supplier offers and process purchase orders.
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate prices, commercial terms and delivery schedules.
- Monitor purchase orders and delivery deadlines, following up on delays or other critical issues.
- Work closely with Engineering and Production to ensure material availability in line with project requirements.
- Support the sourcing and evaluation of new suppliers.
- Keep supplier data, purchase orders and purchasing conditions up to date in the company’s ERP system.

YOUR PROFILE

- Previous experience in purchasing, preferably within the mechanical engineering, machinery or industrial equipment sector.
- Diploma or degree, preferably in a technical or business-related field.




- Good ability to read and understand technical documentation and bills of materials (BOMs).
- Good knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
- Good command of English.
- Strong organizational and negotiation skills, attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.

Knowledge of industrial components, mechanical manufacturing processes and metal fabrication is considered an advantage.
