Overview In this role you will drive financial planning, forecasting, and reporting for the EMEA region, acting as a strategic partner to regional and functional leaders. Responsabilità

Lead consolidation of Actuals, Rolling Forecast, and Profit Plan at HQ level Provide variance analysis on P&L; and Balance Sheet vs forecast, plan,



and prior year Support and coordinate annual Profit Plan and Strategic Plan processes for regional alignment Own monthly functional budgets and partner with Mobility EMEA functional leaders Interface between plants and HQ for budget analysis and ad hoc financial requests Contribute to HQ ledger management and regional allocation processes Support regional Cost-Out (CI) reporting and ad hoc business cases Support regional CAPEX reporting for planning and forecast accuracy Improve reporting processes for efficiency, transparency, and data quality

Requisiti fondamentali

BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; MBA preferred Minimum 2 years in Finance Controlling Experience in large multi-national manufacturing organizations with complex matrix structures or structured consulting companies Interpersonal and communication skills Leadership and influence across organizational levels Business partnering capabilities across functions and geographies Operational finance experience in an on-site environment Strong accounting knowledge Fluent in English and Italian
