Overview In this role you will lead the end-to-end execution of PV construction projects in Italy, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with strict safety and quality standards. You will work within a cross-functional team to drive engineering, procurement, construction, and handover activities. The position offers exposure to high-scale solar developments and close collaboration with authorities, contractors, and suppliers. You will shape project outcomes by managing risk, budgets, and milestones across the full lifecycle.

Responsabilità

Manage post-authorization PV lifecycle from engineering through commissioning and operations Oversee schedules, budgets and resources to ensure timely, cost-effective execution Lead multidisciplinary project teams, contractors, and consultants to hit milestones Monitor permits and liaise with authorities and suppliers for approvals Enforce health, safety, environmental,



and quality standards across all phases Source, select and manage subcontractors and suppliers, supporting negotiations Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays and overruns Monitor financial performance and provide weekly and monthly status updates

Requisiti fondamentali

Degree in Engineering Proven Project Management track record in PV plant construction Strong expertise in contractor, supplier, and site activity management Highly autonomous and adaptable to lean, dynamic environments Fluent in English and Italian Willingness to travel across Italy leadership stakeholder management high adaptability PV construction management contractor and supplier management risk mitigation
