ABOUT THE JOB As arotating receptionist, you will cover various shifts, includingboth day and night. You will be the first point of contact and thelasting impression for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome andimpeccable service throughout their stay. In this role, your mainresponsibilities will include:



Welcoming and assisting guests fromarrival through to departure, Answering phone calls and managingreservations accurately, Informing guests about stay conditions,services, and local activities, Handling billing, payments, andvarious administrative tasks, Promoting the property andcontributing to guest satisfaction and loyalty, Helping achieve thedepartment’s qualitative and quantitative objectives, Carrying outany additional tasks assigned by management. ABOUT YOU Well-groomedappearance, strong service mindset, and excellent interpersonalskills, Attention to detail, team spirit, and initiative,Experience in hotel reception, ideally within a high-endestablishment, Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Operasoftware is an advantage, Fluent in Italian and English; a thirdlanguage is a plus, Availability, flexibility, and motivation tothrive in a demanding environment.
