Per il nostro Plant Produttivo di Montecchio Maggiore (VI) con oltre 800 dipendenti, cerchiamo un Operatore Manutenzione Stampi da inserire nel team di manutenzione.

**Principali responsabilità:**

+ Assicurare il corretto montaggio / smontaggio stampi per manutenzione programmata o su guasto.
+ Individuare le parti danneggiate e/o usurate quindi ripristinarle valutando possibili migliorie.
+ Intervenire in macchina per ottimizzazione stampi e collaborare con operatori per perfezionamento stampati e parametri macchina
+ Trarre spunti di miglioramento di fronte a guasti complessi e/o ripetitivi

**Competenze:**

+ Capacità di diagnostica e risoluzione di guasti complessi
+ Capacità di lavorare in team
+ Conoscenza delle tecniche di stampaggio a freddo della lamiera
+ Conoscenza del disegno tecnico specialmente nel mondo degli stampi
+ Capacità di lettura e interpretazione di disegno 2D
+ Conoscenza dei materiali per stampi e delle tipologie di rivestimento
+ Conoscenza dei trattamenti termici sui materiali per costruire stampi
+ Capacità di operare sugli stampi, montaggio, controllo e collaudo
+ Capacità di operare sulle macchine utensili (tornio, fresa, rettifica) è considerato un plus

**Requisiti:**

+ Diploma tecnico meccanico o istituto professionale indirizzo meccanico
+ Almeno 5 anni di officina come manutentore o attrezzista stampi
+ Esperienza di coordinamento di persone è considerato un plus





**Lavoro su turnazioni:** 05:00 -13:00 / 13:00 -21:00 con flessibilità di orari in relazione alle emergenze

**CONTRATTO:** CCNL Metalmeccanico - Tempo indeterminato
