So, everything we do at CNH Industrial is about reaching new heights as one team, always delivering for the good of our customers. /p h3Job Purpose /h3 pWe are seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to join our RD Driveline FPTO, FRONT AXLES team, supporting the design, development, and continuous improvement of axle systems for agricultural and construction equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for 3D modeling and technical documentation, product data management, new product development activities, and engineering support for current production. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing, Validation, and Supplier Engineering. He/she will drive new concept design, recommend and use appropriate Engineering techniques and optimum standardized technical solutions to take strong and best decisions. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDesign and develop axle components and assemblies. /li liCreate and maintain 3D models, 2D drawings, and related technical documentation.



/li liRelease and manage engineering data through the Teamcenter PLM system. /li liSupport new product development activities from concept to production implementation. /li liDrive engineering changes and product improvements based on field feedback, quality concerns, cost reduction initiatives, and performance requirements. /li liProvide technical support to current production, addressing manufacturing issues and implementing corrective actions when required. /li liCollaborate with validation, manufacturing, quality, and supplier teams to ensure product robustness and compliance with engineering requirements. /li liParticipate in design reviews, risk assessments, and product validation activities. /li liEnsure compliance with internal engineering standards and industry regulations. /li liSupport root cause analysis and problem-solving activities for product and manufacturing issues. /li /ul h3Experience Required /h3 ul liBachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent engineering discipline. /li liExperience in mechanical design and product development within an industrial environment. /li liProficiency in Creo Parametric for 3D modeling and technical drawing creation. /li liExperience with Teamcenter or similar Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems. /li liKnowledge of mechanical design principles, manufacturing processes, and engineering documentation. /li liAbility to read and create technical drawings including GDT specifications. /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.



/li liGood communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional and international teams. /li liProfessional working proficiency in English. /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience in the design and development of axle systems, driveline components, or powertrain products. /li liKnowledge of agricultural, construction, automotive, or off-highway vehicle applications. /li liFamiliarity with engineering change management processes. /li liExperience supporting current production and resolving manufacturing-related technical issues. /li liUnderstanding of FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, and structured problem-solving methodologies. /li liExperience working with suppliers and validation teams. /li liMaster's Degree in Mechanical Engineering is considered a plus. /li liAvailability for occasional domestic and international travel. /li /ul h3Pay Transparency /h3 pThe annual salary for this role is EUR €39,000.00 - €44,000.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.) /p pFor roles open across multiple locations, the salary range indicated refers to the primary location.
