Lo scopra qui sotto.Key Account ManagerRole: Full-time, permanentLocation: Field Emila Romagna - TrivenetoSalary: Competitive + bonus + car + benefitsReporting to the Area Manager, the Key Account Manager (KAM) is responsible for representing Accord products to physicians and healthcare professionals, establishing product sales and performing total territory account management. This includes providing disease information and education to medical professionals and all external customers involved in the care of patients. It is a unique role with full autonomy and the ability to shape priorities in-line with customers and business needs as part of an Italian launch team.The KAM is pivotal in supporting the launch and commercial planning, execution, and operational rollout of the chronic assets across their defined territory. She/he will be the commercial point of contact for all customers across the defined territory, utilizing an omnichannel approach to manage them accordingly.Specific Job ResponsibilitiesPromote Accord’s products and increase disease awareness in line with the approved promotional material amongst chronic hospitals, HCPs and stakeholders within his/her territory, in respect of the local regulations, industry code of conduct, as well as company values and proceduresConsistently achieve assigned sales target, with focus HCPs in top Tier key accounts and centres of expertise.Track and manage performance according to budget and business plan objectivesDevelop, lead and execute the local territory plan with specific goals and targets across the territory and be the local owner of high priority key account plansCollaborate closely with market access functions to ensure patients can access therapy at the local levelEncourage an insight driven culture where customer insights, data, dashboards, and CRM tools are used to guide effective business decisions, allowing strategic development and tactical implementation to remain relevant,
meaningful, and commercially advantageous.Create a high-performance cross functional team environment based on alignment with common values and vision based on a foundation of trust and respectMaintain exceptional knowledge of the customer, disease states, competitive products and the broader healthcare marketplaceWork collaboratively with the local field based medical team, regional market access team, tender manager, marketing and all other functions.Shares experience with other regions and management teamBe the key point of contact for all customers / centres within the region and be accountable for the success of the product in the assigned territoryEstablish and maintain quality and trustful contacts within the relevant medical community, opinion leaders etc. Organize group meetings in hospitals, using approved promotional materials.Analyze sales evolution in the territory and support the development of forecastsAble to integrate multi-channel approach to drive commercial success in his/her territory.Master/Bachelor's degree in economics, policies sciences, pharmacy, life sciences or related field5+ years previous sales / Key Account Manager, preferred previous experience in bone healthPrevious drug launch experience in chronic or high value specialty medicineHighly motivated, enthusiastic and customers and patients orientedStrong customer focus: demonstrated ability of creating win-win partnershipsGood communication and strategic thinking skillsGood analytical and market intelligence skills:
identify growth opportunities and segment the accounts in the respective territoriesAbility to drive projects forward work on own initiative and work with a cross functional teamAbility to work effectively in cross-functional matrixIntermediate or advanced spoken and written EnglishGood knowledge of Microsoft Office in particular word, excel and power pointStrong drive and desire for success, result-oriented with proactive cross-functional collaborative approachIn return, we offer a competitive salary and rewards package (including holiday, premio and pension scheme).
