The Barman works closely with the bar and outlet teams, contributing to the overall success of the hotel and guest satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesBar Operations & ServiceWelcome guests and provide a warm, engaging, and professional bar experiencePrepare and serve beverages according to established recipes, standards, and proceduresTake beverage orders and apply upselling techniques when appropriatePresent menus, answer guest inquiries, and make recommendations on beverages and pairingsClear and reset bar counters and service areas throughout operationsEnsure full readiness of the bar, including mise en place, cleanliness, and organizationBeverage Knowledge & QualityDemonstrate strong knowledge of classic cocktails, mixology techniques, and beverage trendsSupport the creation and development of cocktail menus and seasonal offeringsEnsure compliance with hygiene, safety,
