You translate corporate CI strategy into plant-level execution and play a key role within the senior management team to drive sustainable performance.ResponsibilitiesLead direct and indirect teams to embed a strong Continuous Improvement culture across the plant.Communicate and deploy corporate CI goals, scorecards, and priorities at plant level.Coach and support functional managers using Lean and Six Sigma to deliver measurable results.Deploy OEB assessments, prioritize improvement areas, and mentor leaders through execution.Plan and deliver CI capability building, including Lean training, kaizen events, and hands‑on learning.Drive kaizen activity, ensuring event quality, scoring performance, and visible results.Track and validate CI savings, engagement,
