He/she will be accountable for elaborating and proposing to the General Manager the annual and 3-year business plan for the BU, driving top-line growth, ensuring sustainability, and optimizing profitability of the brand portfolio. This will encompass defining turnover, promotional spending, and margin targets, as well as identifying strategies and priorities for achieving them, and ensuring their effective implementation.He/She will be responsible of business performance in terms of market shares growth, sales accuracy, spending accuracy, margin,
