and work to create customer centricityDevelop proposals in conjunction with other Product Groups and Market Sector teams to expand Allison OH positioningEnsure the right level of cooperation across the different functions to create efficiency and generate added value for the CompanyDevelop the project structures to ensure successful delivery and good profits for AllisonHelp to define customer target strategyHelp to define and deliver internal Research and Development activitiesFoster the role of management as a mentor for subordinatesSkillsRounded individual with broad range of skills including technical and managerialExperienced drivetrain professional (nice to have)Very good attitude in creating/manage relationship both inside the Company and with customers/suppliers.Open and entrepreneurial mindsetExperience in delivering technical product development projectsFlexible approach to travel and working hoursVery good English is mandatory, good Italian is a plusExperienceSolid background in managing product lifecycle, including interactions with customers and suppliers, is mandatory; previous working experiences in drivetrain product design and development is appreciated.EducationMS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent; PhD is a plus.IT SkillsSolid MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint user; good knowledge in Engineering Software.
