La preghiamo di consultare attentamente la panoramica riportata di seguito. /p pPartnering with cross-functional teams, you will identify improvement opportunities, optimize processes, develop employee capabilities, and deliver sustainable performance, quality, and cost improvements across the site. /p h3MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liLead and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the site, acting as an internal consultant to identify opportunities, optimize business processes, and deliver measurable results. /li liPartner with process owners and functional teams to implement sustainable improvements, monitor performance, and ensure alignment with the site's overall improvement strategy. /li liDevelop, track, and report key performance metrics, using data-driven insights to support decision-making and continuous optimization. /li liDesign and deliver training programs that build continuous improvement capabilities and foster a culture of operational excellence at all levels of the organization. /li liProvide coaching and leadership to cross-functional teams, enabling high performance and successful execution of improvement projects. /li liPromote the sharing and replication of best practices, ensuring successful solutions are scaled across the plant and leveraged across other sites where applicable.



/li /ul h3CANDIDATE PROFILE /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. /li liMinimum 5 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Operations Excellence, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Quality within a production environment. /li liStrong knowledge of Lean, TPM, WCM, problem-solving methodologies, and change management principles. /li liProven project management, analytical, and data-driven decision-making skills. /li liGood understanding of production processes, supply chain operations, quality systems, and GMP standards. /li liProficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD 2D is an advantage. /li liStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions. /li liExperience in coaching, mentoring, and leading teams in a high-performance environment. /li liFluent English and a continuous improvement mindset with a focus on developing people and processes. /li /ul pCompensation: starting from 39,000.00 month /p pFinal salary will be determined as part of any final offer and will consider factors such as skills, education, role-specific experience, and internal equity among current employees.
