equipment, line and site certifications are completed on timeEnsure a proactive and eective handover of the project to the operational team including the final Manufacturing dossier.RequirementsPrevious experience in running manufacturing Projects (e.G. Product specialist,Developed ability to maintain a safe working environment through proper housekeeping (5 S) with safety practicesGood knowledge of how training and coach peopleDeveloped ability to ensure working relationships are harmonious and are focused on achieving common objectives.Developed ability to elaborate trade-o for optimal choices.3-5 years of experience in successful Production leadership, as Production manager or line supervisorApproximately 3-5 years of experience as factory pillar leaderUniversity Degree in EngineeringFluency in English is required. xysqume Italian knowledge would be a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
