Working closely with Operations, Engineering, AIT and external partners, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of our global ground segment while helping deliver reliable satellite communications services to customers worldwide.This position combines hands‑on engineering, site operations and cross‑functional collaboration in a fast‑growing international space company.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESGround Segment EngineeringTroubleshoot antenna and ground station issues, coordinating with service providers, on‑site teams and equipment manufacturers.Develop and execute troubleshooting and validation procedures for antenna and ground station systems.Support maintenance planning and corrective actions to maximise ground station availability.Participate in technical investigations and root cause analysis.Prepare technical documentation,
