Your tasks

- Company-wide expert in HF analog circuit design for broadband optical communication ICs, responsible for defining methodologies and leading critical analog developments
- Lead design of high-performance analog and mixed-signal circuits
- Drive innovation in transmitter and receiver architectures
- Establish analog design methodologies
- Lead technical reviews and sign-off decisions
- Mentor senior engineers and technical leaders
- Technical leader responsible for HF analog layout strategy for broadband optical communication ICs or comparable RF ICs
- Lead layout architecture and floorplanning activities
- Develop and enforce layout methodologies
- Drive parasitic-aware implementations
- Support design teams through sign-off
- Mentor layout engineers

Who we are looking for

- MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering
- 15+ years analog IC design experience
- Broadband optical communication IC design knowledge, including HF amplifiers, TIAs,



drivers and receiver/transmitter front-end requirements; HF layout knowledge is an advantage
- PLLs, CDRs, ADCs and DACs
- Signal integrity, noise, jitter and parasitic-aware design analysis
- Advanced CMOS node experience, including FinFET and/or FD-SOI, is required
- BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering 10+ years...
