ams OSRAM is seeking a technical expert to drive digital backend implementation for high-speed ICs. You will lead from synthesis through place-and-route to sign-off and tape-out, shaping flows and methodologies across multiple projects.

You will mentor engineers, optimize timing closure, PPA, and verification strategies while interfacing with foundries, vendors, and internal teams to advance technology enablement in advanced CMOS nodes.
