The Junior Consultant joins the team as an active contributor to project delivery, working under the guidance of Senior Consultants/Technical Coordinators and reporting to the Head of Technology Innovation, Strategy Roadmapping. The person will take part in the engagements they are assigned to by carrying out analytical activities (data collection and analysis, desk research, structuring of findings and preparation of deliverables) while progressively learning the team's methodologies and building familiarity with the sectors and clients served. #LI-FS1 /ph3bKey Accountabilities /b /h3pThe role is hands-on and analytical. In addition, an annual variable compensation component is provided, based on both Company and individual performance objectives in accordance with the current policies and collective agreements.
