## Description **Summary of the position** The main location for this position is **Genoa**. The In-Store Specialist is responsible for proactively managing the correct implementation in sales points of channel and category policies defined by the Channel & Customer Marketing team and agreed upon with the client by the Sales sell-in team for the off-trade channel. They will manage and oversee assigned sales points, ensuring the availability and accessibility of our products, maximizing their visibility, and guaranteeing the full development of their potential. They will be responsible for establishing and maintaining effective relationships with clients, also agreeing on in-store activities consistent with the commercial strategy. Furthermore, they will be responsible for managing, where possible, direct delivery orders and direct shelf stocking. **Key responsibilities and activities** * Manages the correct execution of commercial plans agreed by the Sell-in team (client plan priority - activity plan) in alignment with the perfect store guidelines defined by Channel & Customer Marketing in the relevant sales points; * Verifies assortments and manages critical issues related to range compliance and any OOS, ensuring product presence on the shelf; * Promptly reports any inefficiencies/misalignments of the sales point compared to what was agreed by the Sales team; * Manages shelf display space, ensuring the availability and maximum visibility of our products,



also using POS materials and proposing shelf management projects; * Builds lasting and effective relationships with sales points to optimize the effectiveness of oversight work; * Collects sell-out data on main products/activities in a structured and continuous manner; * Manages direct order taking for promotional and basic orders in specific sales points; * Is responsible for stocking our products on the shelf. **Functional competencies** * Previous experience in the off-trade channel is considered a plus * Good knowledge of off-trade sales point logic * Good knowledge and use of Excel and Power Point * Good ability to produce reports and analyze sell-out data **Leadership competencies** * Problem-solving, pragmatism, and proactive approach * Objective orientation and entrepreneurial thinking * Good analytical skills * Excellent ability to build lasting relationships * Good negotiation and influencing skills * Flexibility and ability to work in cross-functional teams **Education and other requirements** * Degree * Driving license and willingness to travel within the area of competence **Type of contract** 12-month fixed-term contract The indicative annual gross salary (RAL) for this position is between 28,000 and 32,000 EUR + STI: 10%. The classification is foreseen according to the _Industria Alimentare_ CCNL – level 4 and will be determined based on professional experience, skills, and the overall profile of the selected candidate. The position may also agevolazioni from a variable incentive system and a benefits package in line with current company policies. The indicative annual gross salary (base salary) for this position ranges within 28,000 and 32,000 EUR + STI: 10%, depending on the candidate’s experience, skills, and overall profile. The role is classified in accordance with the _Industria Alimentare_ collective labor agreement – level 4. The position might also include a variable compensation component and a benefits package in line with applicable company policies.
