Agenzia per il Lavoro Filiale di Roma Centro is looking for new collaborators for a prestigious client company operating in the catering sector who have curiosity, initiative and a desire to be part of a young and dynamic reality. Following Japanese rules, they will deal with the entire sushi preparation cycle: washing and cooking rice, cutting and preparing fish, vegetables and other raw materials; packaging the product in trays and displaying them in the showcase. The resource will also be responsible for receiving and storing goods, keeping the work environment tidy, clean and sanitized, filling in forms and daily work reports. **Requirements:** * Previous experience of at least one year in catering/hot table/cold table and/or food production. * Possession of an HCCP certificate is welcome.



* Empathy and ability to relate to customers are important ingredients for success. **Workplace:** MILAN (P.LODI + BONOLA) **Working hours:** TEMPO PARZIALE 40 H Shifts are scheduled from 7.00 to 21.00, from Monday to Sunday, with one day off.
