Responsabilità

- Identify and develop new business opportunities and customers; strengthen existing relationships
- Plan, execute, and monitor sales activities across Lombardia to meet targets
- Define sales strategies, including pipeline management and partnerships




- Ensure forecast accuracy, margin, and customer satisfaction according to commercial plans
- Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, and Technical Support to offer competitive solutions and manage service/spare parts quotations

Requisiti fondamentali

- Experience in a similar role within an internationally structured company in the automation industry
- Strong knowledge of electric drives and motors; familiarity with networks, security, and motion control
- Excellent negotiation and organizational skills with goal orientation
- Strong English and Italian language skills (written and spoken)
