Reporting to the Programme Director, the successful candidate will join the team and bring 4+ years of experience, ideally gained within an agency environment similar to LePub.ResponsibilitiesPlan, coordinate, and manage the execution of advertising and marketing projects across multiple platforms (digital, print, social, etc.)Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams and clientsDefine project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgetsMonitor progress and performance of all assigned projects, identifying risks and resolving issues proactivelyFacilitate regular status meetings and ensure timely communication of project updatesMaintain accurate project documentation, timelines, and reportsCoordinate with vendors, freelancers, and third-party partners when neededChampion best practices in project management and drive continuous improvementQualifications4+ years of experience in project management, preferably within an advertising or marketing agencyStrong understanding of creative processes and production workflowsExcellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skillsProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlinesProficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Trello,,
