Si assicuri di leggere la descrizione completa qui sotto.Your TasksOverall responsibility for the SPA & Wellness department, including operations, quality, profitability, and team leadershipStrategic development of our holistic SPA and wellness concept with Alpine inspirationEnsuring exceptional, personalized 5-star guest experience through a strong presence, individual attention and the highest service standardsOverseeing daily spa operations, including appointment scheduling, treatment coordination, and SPA receptionLeading, developing, and motivating the SPA team while fostering a respectful and inspiring team cultureEnsuring the highest standards of hygiene, quality, and safetyResponsibility for inventory management, purchasing, budget planning, and cost controlClose collaboration with the General Management as well as the Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B departmentsYour ProfileSeveral years of leadership experience in the SPA & Wellness industry,
