The successful candidate will join the Marketing & Communication team and contribute to the design and execution of digital initiatives aimed at increasing brand awareness, generating qualified leads and strengthening e-Novia's positioning within the innovation ecosystem.

What you will do

Support the definition and implementation of e-Novia's digital and growth marketing strategy and that of its initiatives.

Plan, launch and optimise digital campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels, with a particular focus on LinkedIn, Meta and Google.

Contribute to defining acquisition, nurturing and conversion funnels for B2B, corporate, investor and innovation stakeholder audiences.

Manage and optimise digital content for websites, landing pages, email marketing and social media channels.

Monitor campaign and channel KPIs, producing reports, dashboards and actionable insights to improve performance, engagement and conversions.

Contribute to the management of CRM systems, marketing automation and databases, helping to improve segmentation,



contact quality and lead management processes.

Use generative and analytical AI tools to accelerate content creation, market research, campaign optimisation, data analysis and communication personalisation.

Work closely with the communication, business development, venture building and portfolio company teams to translate complex technology content into clear, relevant, audience-focused messages.

Contribute to the digital promotion of events, workshops, investor days and corporate initiatives.

Stay up to date with trends, tools and best practices in digital marketing, AI, technology and industrial innovation.
