The Hose Fab Associate will play a key role in delivering high-quality solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and growing our hose business across all machine brands.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESFabricate, assemble, and test hydraulic hoses, fittings, and seals to meet customer specificationsProvide technical support and product knowledge to customersregardinghoseand related solutionsPartner closely with Product Support Sales Representatives (PSSRs) toidentifyand pursue new business opportunitiesMaintain inventory of hose products, fittings, and components to ensuretimelyfulfillment of customer requestsEnsure all work meets company quality standards and industry safety requirementsTroubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to hose assemblies and related productsBuild strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to expand ourhoseservicesKeepaccuraterecords of work orders, customer requests,



and inventory usageMustbe available to work at assignedlocation, including overtime, evenings or weekends if neededMay have to lift up to 25-30 pounds on occasionMay work in an environment where hazards are presentRequires frequent hand use for typing, operating the phone, handling materials, and other job-related tasksOther duties as assignedWHAT WE EXPECT OF YOUWe all have different backgrounds, yet we all use our unique contributions to provide the highest quality of service.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCEHigh School Diploma (or equivalent)requiredand three or more years of relevant experience desired.Proven experience asforkliftoperator is preferred.KNOWLEDGE, TECHNICAL SKILL, & ABILITIESMust be able to complete TMCC forklift and training certification withinfirst90 daysof employment. Upon completion of forklift training andcertificationall warehouse associatesare required toperform forklift operations duties on an as needed basis which isdeterminedby your immediate supervisor or managerDemonstrate strict adherence to all applicable corporate safety standardsMustdemonstrateprofessionalism, integrity, adaptability,
