As the front-line HR representative to Team Leads and Area Managers in the Fulfillment Center,



you'll help drive a positive Associate experience through facilitating engagement activities and managing complex queries. You might spend your morning coaching an Area Manager through a people-related challenge and addressing employee cases, then spend your afternoon analyzing workforce data on attrition and attendance to help the HR team identify trends and act. /ppAs part of the People Experience and Technology Solutions (PXT) team, you'll partner with operations and HR teams to execute company-wide programs, actively seeking opportunities to invent and simplify.
