In line with our company’s values – responsibility, proximity, and progress – this role contributes directly to strengthening our agricultural supply chains and supporting innovation across global sourcing regions.Your Responsibilities:Conduct field assessments and agronomic evaluations to ensure continuous improvement across our raw material supply chainsSupport the planning, implementation, and monitoring of agricultural trials and research initiativesCollaborate closely with growers, technical partners, and internal cross‑functional teams to promote sustainable and high‑quality agricultural practicesProduce clear, accurate documentation and contribute to structured reporting aligned with internal standardsActively embody our values in interactions with partners and colleagues while contributing to a transparent, constructive working environmentYour Profile:Degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Sciences,
