You’ll lead with purpose, breaking down barriers to innovation in a more connected, compassionate world.As a Logistics Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the availability of medical products and devices by maintaining accurate inventory levels and supporting efficient supply chain operations. You will monitor device usage and procedure activity, manage replenishment activities, perform inventory control processes, and support billing validation efforts. Working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders, you will help ensure products are available where and when they are needed while contributing to the continuous improvement of logistics processes. This role offers the opportunity to apply analytical skills, support operational excellence initiatives,



and contribute to the delivery of life-changing healthcare technologies.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:Monitor the consumption of medical devices and track procedure activity to ensure inventory accuracy and product availabilityPlace replenishment orders to maintain agreed inventory levels and support business requirementsManage inventory levels, investigate discrepancies, and support inventory optimization activitiesPerform billing-related checks to ensure accurate transactions and compliance with established processesConduct full and partial cycle counts and support inventory control initiativesCoordinate the flow of goods, services, and information to support customer and operational requirementsCollaborate with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and logistics partners to resolve delivery issues and drive process improvementsRequired Knowledge and Experience:Bachelor’s Degree with 2 year of relevant experienceExperience in supply chain, logistics, inventory management, warehouse operations, or a related operational environmentExperience monitoring inventory levels, replenishment activities, and inventory control processesExperience performing inventory reconciliations, cycle counts, and investigating inventory discrepanciesExperience using ERP, inventory management, warehouse management, or similar business systemsAbility to analyze operational and inventory data, perform billing-related checks,
