For us lasting trusted relationships are everything, both with our teams and our clients.The OpportunityAct as a key account lead within the Data Centre sector, building trusted client relationships based on partnership and delivery excellenceLead and oversee strategic client projects, ensuring delivery against programme objectives, commercial targets and contract performance measuresChair and lead meetings with senior client stakeholders, contractors and project partnersSupport business growth by developing new client relationships and securing repeat workLead pre‑and post‑contract cost management across complex construction programmesManage the tender and procurement process, from preparation of tender documentation through tender analysis and recommendationProduce and review estimates, cost plans and commercial strategies for major developmentsMonitor project spend through valuations, cost reporting and change management,
