This role requires a highly proactive professional capable of driving impactful communication initiatives while elevating brand visibility across key global markets.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and execute global PR and communication strategies aligned with brand vision, positioning, and business objectivesLead relationships with top-tier fashion editors, journalists, stylists, celebrities, influencers, VIPs, and key industry partnersOversee all press activities including fashion shows, presentations, events, product launches, press days, and showroom managementDrive international media outreach and secure high-impact editorial coverage across print, digital, broadcast,



and social platformsDefine and manage VIP and celebrity dressing strategies in alignment with brand image and seasonal prioritiesIdentify strategic partnership opportunities to strengthen brand awareness and cultural relevance internationallyCollaborate closely with Marketing, Social Media, E-commerce, Sales, and Creative teams to ensure consistency across all communication channelsSupervise the creation of press materials, brand presentations, media kits, and communication assetsMonitor media performance, industry trends, and competitor activity, providing insights and strategic recommendationsManage PR budgets, agency relationships, and external partners where applicableSupport and mentor junior team members while fostering a collaborative and high-performance environmentREQUIREMENTS7+ years of experience in PR and communications xysqume within luxury fashion or lifestyle brandsEstablished international network across fashion media, VIP, and influencer landscapeStrong understanding of luxury fashion communication and brand-building strategiesExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English and ItalianProven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced and international environmentStrong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and media monitoring/reporting toolsPassion for luxury fashion, contemporary culture, and emerging industry trends#J-18808-Ljbffr
