Work & Organisational Psychology, Business, Organisational Development or a related fieldSolid previous experience in Leadership Development, Talent Management, Organisational Development or a consulting environmentProven experience in designing and implementing leadership and talent development initiatives within complex organisationsExperience facilitating workshops and development sessions with managers and senior stakeholdersStrong knowledge of Talent Management, Succession Planning, Leadership Development, Performance Management and Career Development practicesSolid project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional initiativesConfidence working with people data, KPIs and insights to measure impact and support decision-makingCoaching accreditation and/or certification in assessment tools (e.G.
