The role drives the development of a proactive safety culture, supports operational excellence, and ensures the protection of all employees. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Leadership Strategy /h3 ul liDevelop and implement the plant Health Safety strategy aligned with corporate objectives. /li liPromote a strong safety culture through leadership, communication, and employee engagement. /li liManage relationship with Union Representative for Safety (RLS) regarding safety topics. /li liEnsure compliance with Health Safety legislation, company policies, and standards. /li liLead risk assessments and hazard identification activities. /li liMonitor legal requirements and coordinate their implementation. /li liOversee contractor safety management and workplace monitoring activities. /li liDefine and monitor HS KPIs, objectives, and targets.



/li liAnalyze performance data and identify improvement actions. /li /ul h3Incident Management /h3 ul liLead investigations of accidents, incidents, near misses, and occupational injuries. /li liEnsure root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions. /li liMonitor incident trends and promote continuous improvement. /li liLead emergency preparedness and crisis management activities. /li liCoordinate drills, evacuation exercises, and business continuity initiatives. /li liLiaise with local authorities and emergency services when required. /li /ul h3Management Systems Audits /h3 ul liMaintain and improve the Health Safety Management System in line with UNI EN ISO 45001. /li liCoordinate audits, inspections, and compliance reviews. /li liEnsure timely closure of findings and corrective actions. /li /ul h3Training Awareness /h3 ul liDevelop and oversee Health Safety training programs. /li liEnsure effective onboarding, induction, and safety training processes. /li /ul h3Occupational Health /h3 ul liSupport occupational health and employee well-being programs. /li liCoordinate medical surveillance activities. /li liPromote ergonomics and industrial hygiene initiatives. /li /ul h3Experience Required /h3 ul liMin 2 years of Health Safety experience in manufacturing, industrial, automotive, or engineering environments. /li liExperience with audits, inspections, incident investigations, and safety improvement programs.



/li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Health Safety or related discipline. /li liProfessional Health Safety certifications are preferred. /li liKnowledge of occupational health and safety legislation. /li liAdvanced knowledge of Health Safety Management Systems, particularly UNI EN ISO 45001. /li liLeadership and people management skills. /li liStrategic thinking and decision-making capabilities. /li liCommunication and stakeholder management skills. /li liAnalytical capabilities, problem-solving and prioritization /li /ul h3Pay Transparency /h3 pThe annual salary for this role is EUR €39,000.00 - €59,000.00 plus any applicable premio (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.) /p pFor roles open across multiple locations, the salary range indicated refers to the primary location.
