The candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing systems at customer sites, training users, and supporting internal validation and repair activities. Responsabilities: Performs on-site installation of new systems at the customer's location

- Performs periodic maintenance on internal systems and customer systems at their locations
- Provides support (both at Cosmic and on-site) for installed systems
- Processes incoming returns from customers
- Updates company databases with technical findings from the work performed




- Reports customer feedback and new requests to the Customer Support Manager. xykwogc Provide internal support to the Bring-up and Failure Analysis team for: Validation/repair of ATE components Validation/repair of interface board components Conduct training for customers at our headquarters or at their facilities Requirements: -High school diploma in electronics or related field. -Experience, even minimal, in electronic systems assembly and repair; -knowledge of written and spoken English (minimum level B1) -willingness to travel an average of 25%–30% of the days in the year We offer attractive and competitive remuneration based on experience
