This role is esponsible for managing and growing a base of existing key accounts, along with activating new potential prospects within the region to meet revenue and profitability growth targets, developing new business through creating and applying strategies consistent with the overall segment strategy.As a Key Account Manager, you will:Manage customer relationship through:developing strong and lasting relationships with portfolio of key accountsensuring regular monitoring of customer needs and issuesensuring high level of customer satisfaction and loyaltycontributing to the growth of the turnover and profitability of the managed accountspreparing and negotiating commercial proposals, contracts and renewalspromoting innovationsvisiting customers regularly in order to maintain a close relationshipEnsure internal coordination by:collaborating with the operational, marketing, finance and customer service teams to ensure optimal execution of customer commitmentscoordinating resolution of problems raised by customerscarrying out S&OP with Aptar sites with the monitoring of customer forecastsManage performance by:monitoring and analyzing the turnover and profitability on the perimeter by site, project and productproducing regular reports on the portfolio's activitysetting up targeted action plans to improve margins.EducationMinimum Bachelor’s degreeMinimum five years of similar experienceRequired SkillsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsMastery of sales techniques and customer relationsMonitoring and reporting of sales performanceAbility to develop a network of decision-makersProject management and cross-functional coordinationMastery of digital tools: Power BI, C4C and SAPProfessional English (read, spoken and written)Who We AreAt Aptar, we leverage insights, design, engineering, and science to develop cutting-edge packaging technologies that enhance brand value for our clients and make a significant impact on people’s lives globally.
